Meet Susan, a member of Te-tugu cell in Lango central. She is thankful for the CASCADE program coming to her community. She used to think that good nutrition was not meant for the elderly, but through the training she came to understand that good nutrition is for all people no matter your age and especially necessary for pregnant women, women in child bearing age, children, breastfeeding mothers and the elderly. She now feeds everyone in her family with adequate nutrition regardless of age or gender.
